Print Previewing & Printing A Spreadsheet

Printing your spreadsheet will give you a hard copy. You will finally be able to see the fruits of your labor!

However, you should print preview before printing. This allows you to view your spreadsheet on screen before sending it to the printer. This important feature can save you paper.

Click File, Print Preview

    Excel brings up a full-page image of your spreadsheet.

    You can use the Magnify Button to get a closer look. If the spreadsheet is acceptable, you could print from this screen using the Print Button . However, we will close and print from the File menu.

Click the Close Button .
